Having been an employee I can say that this place does not create an enjoyable work experience. Perhaps stores wouldn't be closing if the company looked into the work conditions and surveyed how employees needs are being met, not the managers. They schedule you for on call shifts, if no one shows up, you get to covers 2 or three others people that didn't show up, with no support from management. Pay is poor, no matter how much retail experience you have or how well you do in sales. No breaks, they penalize you with less desirable shifts if you call in sick. They expect you to be busy at all times but they can take off for 1/2 hour coffee breaks. There is always suppose to be a manager in the store, again, poorly managed.
