Complete CPAP in Canada - Locations, Hours, Flyers

I was diagnosed a few years ago and originally got all my stuff from Shoppers Home Health Care. What was a pain was their hours and the accessibility for me to get there during those hours. So when walking through Limeridge Mall last year, I spotted CPAP store on the top floor and went to inquire. Dave, the manager, was absolutely amazing. He talked to me as if I was a person and even made sure he spoke directly to me and understood what he was going to do to help me. He got everything together and faxed the quote immediately to my ODSP worker. Within a couple weeks, I had my approval for the replacement equipment I needed. Since then, I only deal with the CPAP store at Limeridge and only with Dave.

I've been using Complete CPAP at Carlingwood for a few years & from the beginning it did not look good. They charge for services (like trying an attachment) that other companies don't. They also charged me tax that is not supposed to be charged on medical equipment. To top it off, the employees are poorly trained & seem to know very little yet they often have a very condescending and dismissive tone towards customers. I would highly suggest using another CPAP service.
