On July 20th I gave a deposit to have custom made drapes for two regular windows and an irregular arch window in our living room. The regular window drapes were OK, after a bit of "tweaking". However, after 7 additional visits, the irregular window drapes still did not fit properly. On Dec. 10th, I was offered a refund for the window coverings for the arch window, but declined, as I would then have to seek out a different drape to those just made for the regular windows. I am very disappointed with the less than "custom look" of the arch window and the almost 5 months of drama to get to this end.
