Bad service and rude staff, stockings in a sealed packet, just wanted a straight exchange for stockings with no seam. First was told yes, then told no final sale, then asked for a receipt, difficult as they were a gift. Staff need training in dealing with customers and the rules at the store. I will never return to this store and have told all my family friends about the incident, they will not shop there either. Totally disgusted, there loss.
