Very disappointing experience at this FreshCo location. The customer service was poor, and what made it worse was that even the owner/manager was unhelpful when I tried to resolve an issue. Instead of assisting, they were dismissive and showed little interest in finding a solution. It’s frustrating when leadership sets this kind of tone, as it reflects on the entire store. Very disappointed with the customer service at this FreshCo location. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested when I asked for assistance. It was difficult to get a clear answer, and I felt like I was being rushed rather than supported. Good customer service makes a big difference in the shopping experience, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer interaction.
