I get email for sale and check the item is on sale. I go to buy and it is out of stock. It happened 2 times and so on third one I called - to save myself trouble - and guess out of stock. So 3 out of 3. May as well find another place.

The products I ordered when I clicked to buy and the products in their shipping confirmation are different. Don't trust this company. They ship you products they can't sell while they showed the products you wanted and cheated you into buying.

Manager pulled up a receipt (not ours) with products we would never buy and a credit card # we don't have and said that we were basically liars. We asked,'what if it was $70?" would you still treat us the same way? He said his computer wouldn't lie. Of course, an employee or someone with enough saavy may have seen it on the books for some time and used it (in June). I kept forgetting to use it because it's on a paper receipt in my wallet. Manager gave us 10,000 points and asked if that would make us happy - no amount pays for calling us liars. Do we trust those points to be there when we need them? Not going back to find out. My husband and I are from large families. Many have shopped here at our encouragement. We've had our own business for 45 years and always done it with integrity. Manager didn't seem to care if we came back. $14.11 is all and an apology would have sufficed. Unbelievable!!!

I had the good fortune to be served by Jessica today at the store. She was kind, Very helpful and went beyond in her customer service. It was a delight to meet her and I will look forward to continuing to be a customer.

Have purchased from HP for years. Placed an order on line for one item. Couldn't change to my new shipping address so called them and (supposidly) had it changed. Received a message from Canada Post to say it had been delivered to the obsolete address. Called HP and was told 'too bad, so sad, not their problem..." So much for loyalty when they won't even cover the cost of 1 small bottle of vitamins. Hence they've lost a regular customer for $26.00.
