I’m very disaapointed to Home Depot Grande Prairie. Just bought 16pots of plants worth $80.00. Then after 5 hours I realized bought the wrong plants. I tried to return my plants with my receipt. The refund cashier refuse to accept my the returns. She told because of the covid they won’t accept the return for plants. It’s frustrating because they can’t help or anything either to offer a store credit. Poor customer service for Home Depot Grande Prairie, Alberta

Purchased a freezer and had to go get a trailer to move it. Paid and had my receipts return in half hour and the girls at the service desk demanded identification even with receipt in hand. Absolutely deplorable to act as though I might be stealing something I paid for. Will NEVER purchase from them ever again. Plenty of other places to shop with much better service!!!!
