I went their rent a tool and required some help. It was obvious that this individual or his younger helper was not interested in helping and would prefer that I just went. They weren't cordial, polite or even civil. The senior of the two just looked at me with a look that bordered on contempt. His demeanour was very similar to what I have experienced with the worst of US border guards. You know, the one that is power-tripping.
