I tried a couple times to place an order for fence boards. It would not go through so I called the store 2times and Greg explained I was doing it wrong. He went on line on his end and said its working for him but he won’t place the order for me. What the hell kind of customer service is that. Oh I tell ya, it’s shitty service. I asked his name and employee number but told me it’s not.my business what his employee number is but my name is..........Greg. Not sure I trust that either now. I went to Lowe’s website and placed my order with ease. Greg you need to work on your customer service and support ! Home Depot you need to re train your employees or maybe Greg should be a parking lot attendant where he just has to load a car.
