The commercial says HOME OF THE HANDY MAN. they need to change it to HOME OF THE ANGRY MAN. I GOT YELLED AT FOR NO REASON.I complained and was told the man is not well. Then I got yelled at by some woman who also worked there. I was told that she is upset because she has to go to a funeral .So its OK to freak out on customers .I was told the store is in a bad neighbourhood so they get a lot of undesirables so if you get treated badly, thats why

In all the years , that i have used this store , i have generally found that it usually has what i'm seeking . It also has that creaky hardwood floor that adds so much history . For me ,it is a charming Old Shop . As for the Staff , i have never had any poor encounters . The staff is knowledgable and friendly . A really nice old style place to shop . I love it .
