(1/5) Customers beware!!!! Sault Ste Marie

Bought a TV from Leon’s for the kids for Christmas. Had it delivered and was told had 30 days to return. Opened on Christmas morning and TV extremely damaged and Leon’s Sault Ste Marie won’t return it. Told us to bad go through the manufacturer for claim. Was told to bad should have opened up the box even if it was bought for a gift for Christmas. Manager said this morning on the telephone that I should looked at the back of my sales receipt to see that it has to be returned within 72 hours to the store if there is problem. Told the manager the back of my sales receipt is blank. The manager then responded that I should go look on the website because it's posted there. I told the manager I would be posting this to a bad review and she told me to do what I needed to do and she was busy and had to hang up. Shoppers beware as I am now stuck with a broken tv that has never been used and the kids without their Christmas gift. Very unprofessional staff!!!!!!
