We ordered an electric fireplace November 7. We just got it yesterday. The real joke is we were told 2 to 3 weeks. At about 5 weeks we went in and one salesman said and I quote. You are lucky, some people have waited much longer than you. So seeing it was 8 weeks we asked if they would deliver it for free. We never heard back from them so we went and picked it up ourselves. Poor service, lies, and a salesman with attitude
