I live in Ontario and one of the items I ordered had to come from a store in BC. It’s been two months now and still waiting. Tried customer service but they could not get a response from the store manager. Now I can’t get a response from customer service. Have bought many things online with no difficulties. Lowe’s is the first bad experience I’ve had. Best to buy elsewhere

Purchased a vanity, and weeks later searched our next project and see the exact vanity on sale for $1200.00 we paid $2600.00. We asked if a sale was coming up and we’re told no, these don’t go on sale. Contacted Lowe’s and they said I could get a return label sent to me, but would take 2-4 weeks (snail mail delivery apparently) and I could send it back it weighs 400lbs and four guys to lift upstairs and then I could purchase it again at the sale price. When I told them that it had just been installed a week prior it was a oh well too bad for you attitude. Maybe only buy smaller items and check out their competitors. We are doing a full home renovation and Lowe’s will be our last resort.

Don’t buy Burlington Store, Terrible Customer Service!

Ordered a freezer online for curbside pickup. Item was in stock. Two days later, no word on when it would be ready for pickup so I called the store. Told it may be ready in several more days as they were very busy with online orders. Went to the store and pulled it off the shelf. Took the freezer to customer service, paid for it and cancelled the online order. In and out in 10 minutes. Parking lot was empty, so was the store, and I counted 7 associates at the customer service area standing there doing nothing. Yet they were two busy to fill my order over the course of 48 hours. We are encouraged to shop online and use curbside pickup but the service is horrendous. Last time shopping at Lowes - head office needs to take a look at store management as I have rarely had a good experience there.
