I would have to say that we had the best customer service ever today at your Cross Iron Mills store. Shelley and Marianna went out of their way to help us (both by phone and in person) find a patio set that showed zero stock on line and in stores. When we arrived it was already loaded on a cart for us. Jarrod helped unpack the box and pack the pieces into our car. Shelley and Marianna even wrote a “happy anniversary” note for us! Outstanding!!

I was looking at a Gazabo on the floor and Mike from electrical came over and helped me. Found that the floor model was the last and there was not going to be more coming in. Mike checked with Linda from customer service to see if I could purchase it and things went great from there. They were willing to take it down for me while I was there to make sure things were right and all pieces being there and in good shape.

Bought a snowblower last year from Lowes Crossiron. After only a few uses, the main drive for the snowblower gave out. Lowes won't help with warranty and sent me to the manufacturer. Because I can't find the original receipt, the manufacturer won't warranty the repair even though it is still under warranty and Lowes won't do anything to help their customer. Spend a few extra dollars and buy your appliances and lawn/garden equipment from a dealer who keeps records of their customers. You may save a bit buying equipment from Lowes but you're on your own if you have a problem.

I have a contractor's account with lowe's for years and today I had the worst experience in 15 years as a contractor with managers of lumber department at cross iron mall location (Kam and Ajay) they have zero/horrible customer service !
