I was in your store yesterday to make a few purchases.I was short on time so asked at customer service about 1 item-looking for a lock box to install on my house for emergencys. The one clerk looked at me as if I was off my rocker and the other one said she knew what I was talking about,but didn't know if you carried them. They could have at least looked it up on the computers in front of them...but NO...she said try down isle 21.....wrong isle....gee thanks for all your help. Went down to that area and looked around, no staff available to help me. I finally found them at the end of one isle, your prices are ridiculous....I left my other two products and left your store. This is not how to get return customers
