I purchased a gift for my niece. She wanted to return the gift so I went with her to exchange. My niece was not able to find anything and asked for a giftcard and was told that it was not allowed. She was told exchange only. She found a few items and was told it was final sale. we are both disappointed in the return policy - should have been provided with a gift card.
