absolutely horrible self-checkout, one person changes one rule and no other staff member is aware of it. they are horrendous and terrible customer service. many carts left near checkout as this one employee wants everyone to wait to go through the cash and take 1-1 1/2 hrs to get through a cash instead of 20 mins. absolutely ridiculous.
