She took the time over the phone to chat with me and locate a couple of items which I will be purchasing. Absolutely the worst experience with Olsen ever. as a customer of yours, not all the time but regularly for about 15 years now I was appalled at the service I got today in your shop at the Bay in the Fairview Mall (Toronto) Your representative was not aware of any sales program, rung in the wrong price and NEVER apologized for her mistake.. When I asked her to regard my purchase as a return and ring it in at the correct price she refused, plain out refused and said she was going to do it HER way. I requested her twice to do it the proper way and insisted to ring in the transaction the way it is supposed to be. Annul the wrong transaction and then put in the right transaction. No way for this particular lady....ignore the wishes of the customer. I will return my purchase to another outlet tomorrow and do not think I will purchase another Olsen. Will tell all my German friends about this. By the way this does not reflect on the service of the Bay on Queen street whose sales people are very customer oriented.
