What a delightful young lady Luann is in your Store in London. I met her the other day while shopping in the Masonville mall. She could not have been nicer. She appeared to be very knowledgable about the products and I very much enjoyed spending some time for her. Unfortunately I was not in a position to purchase any product at the time but she continued to treat me in a very friendly way. She is an absolute assets to your team. I'm glad to have met her.
