Not enough space here to write what I want but basically I was LECTURED about wasting an employees time when I wanted them to fix a balloon where they made a dog balloon look like it was being abused cause they were too lazy to attach a string properly and then when I voiced that it looked like animal abuse the response was "It's just a balloon"...ya, and i don't want animals being tortured at my kids birthday party. But she told me she disagrees
