I wanted to refill balloons. First whoever was serving me told me I did not buy the balloons from.party city. I asked her name she told me she needs no problems so ask the manager. Asked the manger as well. She was very rude. I was shocked that they wanted to charge me 10$ to.fill up a balloon that I paid 12.99$ The manger told me go back to wherever does it cheaper. As I walked away they were laughing and talking about me.
