Purchased a 20 year old premium Canadian whiskey at the Lethbridge store. At the time of purchase Cristin was very friendly and extremely helpful. I sampled the product the following day with friends and after a small sample we all agreed that the premium brand whiskey tasted very harsh, very bitter and lacked smoothness or resemblance to a 20 year old premium product. Based on the return policy written on the back of the receipt I tried to exchange the product the following day after the initial sale. However on this visit the cashier was very abrupt and terse saying he would not exchange the product because a small amount had been sampled. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told that no manager was available but a supervisor was. The supervisor also told me she would not replace or exchange the product no matter how bad it tasted. We don't buy a lot of liquor products but what we do buy not be purchased at a Real Canadian Liquor Store.
