I bought a product at the Rexall Drug Store in West Kelowna and checking the receipt found the product scanned more than the shelf price. After calling a manager to ask her to honor the price scanner agreement she informed me the store does not do that only will reduce the price to the price on the shelf. That's the price I should have paid in the first place instead of approximately 2 dollars more. I will not shop Rexall again.

Called this morning to request if they carried a certain product. The Woman was quite rude on the phone and it seemed I had inconvenienced her by asking a question. She returned to the phone and said 'yes' they did have the product. I asked if she could please hold for me (as I was coming from lake country). She rudely advised she wouldn't do that. I said I was on my way and she said 'we have lots'. I arrived approx. 1 hour after and they did not have any of the product. Clearly, she did not look. I am a person that is very considerate of all service staff, as given Covid 19, I feel it is important to be kind and patient with everyone, but I felt so disrespected by this person. She should not be in a position that requires working with/for people. I will not ever go into a Rexall store again.
