I'm in ecommerce and use letter mail as a delivery. One of the workers has decided to make it there mission to collect extra revenue via postage. I dropped a daily shipment off and watched it go in the outbox. What happened next blew me away all the same weight and size that I ship out hundreds of a month. They weigh exactly the same 100grams depending on humidity etc. They may go over by 2 grams this person took the items and marked them as insufficient postage , Canada post does not do this they allow grace for a few grams this was done at the store every package was marked and the posted postage cancelled. This cost me time money and customers. That's a very spiteful person and a poor way to operate my business goes elsewhere now.
