I used to shop here for over 5 years when it was a Canadian store and I loved it. It was better than Shoppers. I went in recently and the security guard tried to bully me when I entered the store. I was the only customer. No staff anywhere except the guard talking to a staff member. No female staff ever. I asked a out the cosmetics person and was told he's ot there he's in the warehouse. What I bought was 9.99 and he rang it in as 11.99.
