I have been dealing with this drugstore for the past 3 years due to my mothers diabetes and poor health. The pharmacy and pharmacist is the worst. I would not deal with them to get my dogs medication. My mothers glaucoma eye drops were discontinued and they wait until I request a refill to tell me we need to contact the doctor for a substitute. Why wouldn't they contact the doctor right away. So after waiting for 2 days and still no phone call from pharmacy, I call the doctor myself and he offers to call the pharmacy . The first time the doctor was put on hold so long he had to hang up. The second time he was talking to pharmacist and he made 2 suggestions for a substitute and then was cut off. The doctor called me to tell me of his experience . I called the pharmacist back and he refused to fill prescription because they didn't finish conversation and during our conversation I was cut off. Now my mother has been 2 days without her meds. This is not acceptable.
