Not enough staff. for a busy store, errors, unsatisfied customers seems to be interesting. Clients go elsewhere. Perhaps instead of waiting on phone then not getting thru is very unsatisfactory. Prescriptions phoned in early should be ready for pickup. My option you need someone to organize your flow of business. I for one will find another pharmacy.
