(1/5) Good to hear it's going under. Predicted.

Going Under - FOR GOOD REASON! Oh my how this place has gone to .... well, you know. ....to bad pricing and an even more atrocious ways of dealing with things "behind the scenes". Slowly decreasing incentives as shoppers, and no help when it comes to rectifying anything that needs resolve. I'll be headed to Gannon's, and bass pro from now on. It's a shame that you've been such a poor representation of what could have been a wonderful Canadian company. Learn from your mistakes, even if it is a bit too late. I can only hope manager Gary has learned a thing or two about speaking to woman since my last experience as well.
(1/5) useless sales staff
By lyn on Mar 03, 2018
We came into the Cambridge store today to purchase a pair of sandals for my husband. It said online that they were only available in store. There were 3 different ones that he was interested in but we could not find any of them. Lots of staff but all were into their own conversations with other staff. I butted in (which I should not have had to do) and asked for help. The gentleman pointed to the wall and said "do you see them here?" I wanted to tell him where to get off but I was polite despite looking for 20 minutes by myself. I described to him the style and name of the sandal along with it being on sale, but he said that he couldn't help me without a picture and the brand name. My husband and I are both seniors and do not appreciate being treated disrespectfully. Are all of your customers expected to carry pictures of what they want? Are you paying your staff to tell customers to go find things themselves and then go back to their own little party? You have some nice merchandise in your store and we did find a pair of the sandal we were looking for and a hat but I can assure you that we will never shop there again!
