Was on hold for 1 hr then decided to physically go there when i got there I was still on HD an extra 15minutes ...there was 4 pharmacy technicians behind the counter laughing and gossiping...I asked if there was a reason I'm still on hold w 4 of u idiots behind the counter gossiping .... DO NOT patronize this pharmacy ..bunch of clowns

Was in store today, looking for Iodine or Betadine, which my sister's doctor wants put on her toes, she is diabetic and in a wheel chair. Asked pharmacist where it was, was told they carried neither, asked what could be used instead, was told VERY RUDELY to go elsewhere, to get it, they did not carry either. WOW really uncalled for!!! Dropped everything else I had in my hands, saying damn straight you will NEVER see me here again. Have been shopping at Shopper's for 30 yrs. NEVER AGAIN, if this is an example of customer service. Thanks but no thanks. London Drugs was very helpful.
