Instead of full time, they broke it up and offered me two part time position to avoid needing to offer ANY benefits. Management and team includes almost exclusively family members, and close friends. Demoted from position, and wage decreased as penalties after discussing wage with coworkers. Was forced to sign a piece of paper to agree to the penalties. Against Canada's labor law, violating Section 74(1) of the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
