The pharmacy never get's anything right. They mess up prescriptions every time we deal with them. Furthermore, their customer service is horrible and they do not care for the customer and only about making money. stay away from this business.

Since the change over of management, valuable staff have either left or have been fired. Entering the store you can feel the toxicity, the store manager has her head so far up the pharmacists butt, you would think it was a toque. Poor customer service ( which is an understatement) Perhaps the store manager should go back to her former job at the thrift store, before Kenora sees another business close its doors. Look at your employee stats !
