I was very impressed by the service I received in store from Dustin as well as other staff. Very professional and friendly! Unfortunately, the delivery of our mattress was disappointing. The delivery people did not wear masks and handled the product so roughly that we thought the mattress would be ruined. It was thrown on the bed frame and we had to check that the bed was not broken. Perhaps a little more training? Store gets 5 stars.

Had to do the comfort exchange. Process was seamless and effortless. They even gave us a massive discount on the new mattress :D
