I usually shop at Stance at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket Ontario. I can’t believe how terrible the customer service is! I walked in and wasn’t greeted, the two female employees looked miserable and acted like they were doing me a favour by doing their job. After paying for my boots, there was no Thank you! The sad part is that, it’s not the first time this has happened! I don’t know how people like this are even hired, I won’t be shopping there again!
