I was looking for a couch at the Brick Canmore location and this lovely man Cory, help me to find the perfect fit, I got a retro orange couch which was affordable and funky! what I like most was i didn't have to wait for Cory to order the couch, it was right on hand...Thats what make Cory such a gem, he encourage the sale by giving options to what I want.

A product that we have a Warranty for broke in a BIG way. We went to the store of purchase where an agent named Cory really tried to help us out and as far as we see is getting just as fed up with the merry-go round that we all have been on for the last 2-3 months. We fill out the paperwork and then all they tell us is that we did it wrong, when we are doing what o person tells us then trying the next and no matter what we do WE Are Wrong!!! Sometimes I feel like taking the chair to the store and dump it in Robby's Lap and tell him that he better get this handled.... Cory is the only member of this Company that seems to Care, It makes me feel like the EXTRA Money spent on the Warranty is just being used By the BIG WIGS at the BRICK to decorating their Offices... when they should be standing behind their Warranty and Beside their customers - to increase their customer service level and increase Sales!!!
