when yu say service ..when yu say you have deals ..crap.. .i went in wed the 7th of sept// an the sales person to busy texting to even bother ..look or care .. i was looking for a dishwasher ..and looked for 10 minutes.. \Hum guess yourtexting was importand when i left ..still there texting .. OH by the way.. Went to Rona .and got my dishwasher and helpful. and attentive ..Hum maybe try there ..service .you get attention there

Terrible customer service and worst warranty that is the biggest rip off. We were also lied to about the warranty.

My salesperson was Heena, she was everything you could ask for, knowlegeable, answered all of my questions I received amazing deals,,she was kind and efficient and the Brick is so fortunate to have her,,thank you Heena for an amazing shopping experience!!! And thank you to the Brick!

Rebecca that works at customer service has horrible customer service. Leah at customer service seemed genuinely concerned about our issues we had with brick furniture but ended up not doing anything about it.
