DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK. Bought sectionals that were on sale, ripped and tore from normal use after 6 months. Bought the warranty, they send useless repair guy to fix the tear only to tear again from the repair and now in other areas. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE. RIPP OFF

I purchased a leather double recliner from the brick earlier this year, customer service named Britney had phoned me to arrange a date and time of recliner delivery. The delivery crew were exceptional, they carefully brought in the recliner and assembled it for me, they were great. The customer service (Britney), had followed up on the delivery a few hours later to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. I was quite impressed with this service, I would strongly recommend anyone to buy from the Brick. Thank you for the great service.

I went to the brick in united boulevard in Coquitlam to purchase a sofa for my mom. We received an excellent service from Maryam who was very professional, patient and knowledgeable about the products.
