My wife and I purchase a mattress and a month in it had manufacturers issues. It took a month and a half to replace the mattress, only to have the same issue. My wife was pregnant at the time and was sleeping horribly but they made us jump through hoops to get a replacement again which cost us $1200 extra. Now our friends bought a $4000 living room set and the delivery guys broke it during delivery. It has been 3 months with no refund, or fix.
