. One if the first thing you leaen in customer service is to be transparent and provide good communication like update. Purchased a Dishwasher and Freezer for which they where happy and friendly this was in late September. I was told it would be on month due to current shortages which I understood Now 5.5 month later and I'm still waiting, I'm the one that as to call to get an update. Why sell me something if you can't get it?

I always shop at the Brick and for the ladt few years I have been dealing with Mr. Mahipal Bali. He is amazing and a sincere gentleman who is very courteous and knowledgeable of the products. His continued concern and service is impeccable - he is not just concerned about the sale but the follow up satisfaction … thus what keeps us bringing back to the Brick. they are a company that blatantly lies to you. I moved cross province and ordered a mattress and a box spring. On the website it said that my mattress would be there on July 28th, and I planned a pick up for august first. So I get there on august first and they say they don't have my box spring in stock even though the website said they would and it was meant to be delivered essentially three days prior to my arrival.
