I've bought a few things from the brick in Stratford, however one day I parked my car in the lot to use another business in the center, to have a brick employee come out and slash my tire. I don't care about the tire, I had more, but I will never shop there again, and will be advising others of the demeanor of the employees.

Went in expecting just the same push from every sales staff... but delightfully surprised! They allowed us to look at our own pace, I went in only to "look" ... ended up buying more than intended ... Jason made this experience very easy, laid back and answered every question with ease. Which just makes it seamless! Will be back for more!

My wife and I desperately needed a new mattress. Due to my immune disorder I was not able to shop fir one due to my fears. My wive ventured out and first went to the other major furniture chain in Stratford and met someone who really didn’t seem to have the time of day for her. She then went to the Bricks manager and he was very helpful. I went in to confirm the mattress would work for me. I felt so comfortable and we made our purchase.
