I baught a mattress queen size,in December 2020,and the mattress stretched. 3 weeks later.and I asked if I could return it for another one,but they said no.you have to put in a claim,so I did ,and its going into March I made several phone calls to see if they hears from the manufacturer, and I didn't and they didn't,so were sleeping on that broken mattress,its very uncomfortable on the side that stretched, we get sore backs.i just called them today to see if we could get a refund, and they said no.its policy no cash refunds.so BEWARE BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM GHE BRICK,ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THIER RETURN POLICY. OR YOU WIL. REGRET SHOPPING THERE IM REALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THEM.
