She is very rude doesn't train employees properly would leave for hours on end without clocking out, prejudice of customers and just all around not a good person. You guys need new management.

I couldn't find the shoes size of Hush Puppies I needed, but I brought the full spec with me and showed to the staff at the desk but she said I had to bring the original box because she needed to scan the spec on the box for ordering. Why do I have to come again with box although all the info (full spec) of the shoes was provided? Closing time was 9 pm on the entrance door but she said within 5 minutes the shop is closed, means at 5 pm they close. Understandable it was Dec 31, but still she might have been able to get the spec from me for ordering.
