What a terrible lack of a system they have to keep track of clients on their so-called waiting list. Staff come and go without telling the front line staff. This has happened to me twice now. I did not find out that my stylist left until I asked. I was told that they just left and did not tell someone. When you speak to the so called manager they could care less. Tommy Guns may be popular now, but not for long with this service. Someone new will come into the market who actually gives a shit about their customer who provides a paycheck.
