I have been shopping at the Kings Crossing outlet store for about 5 years Yesterday, I was in to look for autumn footwear and the young woman who waited on me was incredible, she went far beyond her requirements, was friendly, cheerful and her assistance - awesome, even to point out different aspects to what I was trying. I asked her name, it’s Margarita. She’s definitely an asset to the company and the store and should be commended.

I ordered something for my wife and was notified that it had been delivered but it was delivered to another address. Luckily the person who did receive it contacted me. Tootsie never replied to my report of a lost package. You are better off using Amazon or a larger company.

I ordered a pair of white Kswiss and received charcoal colored ones. Complete farce, super dissapointed, first time ordering from them, also last time
