The lady who helped me did know to read my bill and argued with me and did not listen to my question Basically wasted my time she argued (my bill changed n for the month of Jan n I was overcharged an extra 40$) she insisted that my bill was not changed but the bill was for two months .. clearly Jan 5 to feb 6 2020 is not me paying for two months .. but she argued it says Jan to feb so that is two months.. I just gave up n left
