Phoned to get a technician to come to the house to help set up our Smart TV .. The shaw remote will not work with the new TV. The request to have a technican come out was denied.............What is a senior over 80 to do? Call the better business bureau I presume.

Long wait time on phone as usual..62 in line for human voice contact,,so,,opted of course for Shaw callback,,an hour and a bit call came in,,my recorded voice came on,,was told I was now 1 st in cue,,in line... Another half hour almost wait,,,but in between I was hung up on 3 x by the automated system!!! Because the prompt ,,pushing number 1 on phone to speak to a Live Agent did not work. I kept pressing 1. Nothing,,recording just kept repeating and repeating,,press 1 press 1 and I couldn’t get through that Shaw’s malfunctioning telephone system was not working. I even press number 2 multiple times. Nothing. Then it would hang up on me. So I called back,,and Finally I somehow got thru. This is very poor ,,considering how much customers pay out to this Company. I opt to go with someone else

I am unable to delete emails from my recycle box. I have been unable to contact anyone from Shaw. Disgusted

I have just spent 20 minutes to try to talk with a live shaw representative. I am now told I have a 22 minute wait time. You have no shaw reps in abbotsford. Worst company to deal with that I have ever experienced.
