I have purchased clothes from this store quite often for my 7 y/o son and never had bad experiences until today. The Asian short hair girl working today not only did not only help or even acknowledge us, but also took the opportunity to yell at us when I tried to put the coat on my son. She yelled really loudly to ensure everyone in the store heard and turned their head around. We then apologize saying we didn't know. Once again, she did not even look at us. When I paid for the sweater, she did not even look at at or said a thing. She was very very rude. I don't think she has the necessary skills to work at the store.
