Was at your Urban Kids store at Devonshire Mall in Windsor, Ontario. Very disappointed with the 4 staff members that thought they were at a social event . Had to approach the huddle and i interrupt to get customer service. Cashing out again no thank you for my purchase. I will shop online.....I would give zero rating but it wont allow it.

In regards to my original review, my wife found out from another sales rep that this poor sales girl who was harassed and had racist comments made about her by a customer, was demoted due to this customer complaining to HR - we couldn't believe it, and we won't be shopping there anymore. You can tell a lot about a company by the way they treat their employees.

Was in the new Urban kids store in Kelowna with my children, and saw a customer abuse one of the staff - we could not believe our eyes, had to ask this customer to stop swearing as my kids were in the store. This woman was racist towards the sales girl, swearing and very abusive. The sales girl handled it all very professionally, kept apologizing for the computer glitch, but this woman kept on until she made this poor girl cry.. I sure hope this company looks after its employees, as she did a stand up job - no one should have to put up with that level of abuse. I know Covid is stressful people, but treating someone like that was disgusting to watch.. and if you were this woman who treated this sales girl so badly - then shame on you!
