12 days and money has not arrived at BDO in the Philippines, but no response or contact from iRemit at Pacific Place. Not a great way to do business.

I used to be satisfied with iRemit (even if they have a poor customer service) cos the crediting process of the bank to bank transaction was prompt and secured. But not anymore. You have to wait 4 BUSINESS DAYS (Phil. time) for your money to be process and credited to your account in the Philippines. So if you send money to your Phil. bank account on Tuesday, expect that to reflect on your phil bank account Monday the following week! That sucks!!!!! They claimed that that’s on BDO’s end. Called BDO twice to inquire, BDO said processing on their end only takes 2 BUSINESS days and never 4. So I don’t know about that!

Beware, this company has change alot. I sent a bank to bank transfer and they never told me that this will take a while now. So while my money is still sitting in their hands its to late for my purpose. Its hard to get a hold of them nobody answer the phone. Its been 4 days since i sent the money and still waiting.

The customer service rep made error in inputting the correct bank info of the recrpient. They unapologetically called me a day later that the account is invalid. I asked them to email me the copy of the original remit form where I wtote the account number but no teply back from their location supervisor. They were not very nice in person, on the phone and online.
