Paid 300 dollars to have someone fill in numbers in a box and then tell us we have to file ourselves, and offered ZERO guidance or assistance. A disgrace. Absolutely disgusted that they are able to charge money for performing a task that a shaved chimp could perform with equal aplomb. The only reason I am not rating this band of neolithic incompetents as a zero is that the site doesn't allow me to. Do NOT use them for any business taxes, instead use quickbooks - they don't automatically file for you either, but nor do they charge 300 dollars for a task you can assign to a gerbil.
