The guy who was on the grill was so rude saying adding an extra wipes would mean extra cost, that’s fine, if the manner and tone saying it was done with a soft tone but when said with a loud voice would mean different, tone down next time, it doesn’t attract customers instead it leaves an impression of being rude,
